2019 Northeastern University Finance Conference

Following the success of the past four conferences, the Faculty in the Finance Group of Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business are pleased to invite submissions from all areas of finance to be considered for presentation at the 2019 Northeastern University Finance Conference. The conference will be held at the D’Amore-McKim School of Business and will start at noon on Friday the 10th of May and end by 5 pm on Saturday the 11th of May. There will be a Conference Reception in the evening of Friday the 10th.

We encourage both theoretical and empirical contributions and seek papers that have not been previously presented at another conference. As in our previous conference programs, we typically select for presentation papers written by those who are at early stage of their career and then choose more senior researchers as discussants. The final program will consist of around eight papers. As in the past, for paper presenters and discussants we will pay for (i) domestic economy airfare up to $500; (ii) up to two nights stay at the Conference hotel; and (iii) Conference meals and the Conference reception.
The deadline for submissions is December 15, 2018. We will notify authors of accepted papers by end-January, 2019.
