*Student papers are defined as papers where all authors are students. An author is a “student” if the author is a student as of the paper submission deadline with (a) enrolled in a degree program, (b) no full-time appointment (job), and (c) not yet have received a Ph.D. or similar target degree.
Submission:
The deadline for submissions is midnight PST, November 18, 2024. The portal for paper submissions will open in early October 2024. The fee for paper submission is $100. Papers will be reviewed anonymously by members of the Program Committee, and authors will be notified of the Program Committee’s decisions by the end of March 2025.
