Description:
The eighth CEPR Annual Meeting of the International Macroeconomics Programme (IMF) will take place on 8 November, 2024 at the London School of Economics (London). There will be a group dinner on 7 November, 2024.
The keynote speaker is Charles Engel (The University of Wisconsin–Madison and CEPR).
We welcome submissions in all areas of international finance and open economy macroeconomics. We plan to hold the workshop in-person.
The sponsoring institutions can cover accommodation and travel according to the CEPR guidelines for presenters and discussants.
However, funding is limited, and we would like to facilitate the participation of young researchers. We thus encourage more senior participants to use their own grants to cover costs. Please indicate in your reply whether you will be able to cover your own costs or require funding to attend.
Submission:
The application deadline is 6 PM (BST) Friday, 28 June 2024. Only the authors of accepted papers will be notified by the end of July.
Important reminder: The author submitting the paper is expected to attend the conference for the entire duration and to present. It will not be possible to nominate a co-author to present at a later date.
