We are pleased to announce that the 18th edition of the Corporate Finance Day will be held in Rotterdam on September 24, 2021. The organizing committee invites submissions of theoretical and empirical papers in all areas of corporate finance from any university. The conference will bring together researchers to facilitate the discussion and development of new ideas in corporate finance in a stimulating and relaxing environment. The conference is an initiative of the Benelux Corporate Finance Network.
The academic program will consist of regular sessions (with discussants) and rapid-fire sessions (without discussants).

Paper submission procedure
The submission deadline is May 28, 2021. All papers must be submitted as PDF files and may be e-mailed to cfd2021@rsm.nl. There is no submission fee. All submitted papers will be first considered for inclusion in a regular session, and then for a rapid-fire session. However, submitting authors can indicate in the e-mail whether they want their paper to be solely considered for a rapid-fire session. The authors of accepted papers will be notified by early July 2021.Paper selection process
We encourage presentations of research at an early stage where presenters will benefit most from open discussions. More developed papers will be considered as well.Further information
The conference will be held at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. The conference is scheduled on Friday September 24, 2021 from 9.00 to 18.00. In case Covid19 prevents the conference to take place in person or large groups, we will adjust towards a combination of online and personal presence conference, or a completely online conference.There is no conference fee, but all participants must cover their own travel and accommodation costs.
