To have a paper considered for inclusion on the program, please submit an abstract (maximum 300 words) no later than February 15, 2019. Joint-authored papers should be submitted by the author who will present the paper. Presenters will be limited to one paper each.
The submission of organized sessions is also encouraged, and some committee members may invite submissions for a special session. Participants in such invited sessions should submit their papers via Conference Maker, indicating in the comments field that the submission is intended for a specific session.
DEADLINES: Submission of abstract by February 15, 2019. Decisions on acceptance will be announced approximately March 20, 2019. Registration for presenters of accepted papers must be completed and paid by April 30, 2019. We encourage full papers to be uploaded to Conference Maker by May 31, 2019, although this is not a requirement..
REGISTRATION: All presenters, including those whose papers have been invited or solicited by members of the program committee or other representatives of SCE, will be expected to register and pay fees to attend the conference.
