The objective of the conference is to bring together academic researchers, educators, doctoral students and practitioners from various international institutions to present and discuss their latest academic research.

SPECIAL SESSION: Special session on “The Efficient Markets Hypothesis and the Professional Status of Investment Management” with Professor Stephen Brown (NYU Stern) and Professor William Goetzmann (Yale).FURTHER INFORMATION
SUBMISSION: Original papers (a copy of a completed or nearly completed paper) should be submitted by email to antonio.martins@staff.uma.pt no later than March 2, 2023. The cover page should include the affiliation, address, phone and email of each author. Each participant agrees to serve as a discussant of a paper of his/her own area of interest, if needed. Papers will be refereed and the authors of accepted papers will be notified before the end of March 2023.
REGISTRATION FEE: Registrations fee by April 30, 2023 is 300 EUR and by May 15, 2023 is 350 EUR. For doctoral students, a discount of 100 EUR applies. This registration fee covers expenses relating to conferences facilities, welcome session, lunches and coffee breaks during the conference. Travel and hotel expenses are not covered. Registered participants wishing to attend the gala dinner will have to pay 60 EUR.
