We are pleased to announce that the 19th edition of the Corporate Finance Day will be held in Amsterdam on September 16, 2022. The organizing committee invites submissions of theoretical and empirical papers in all areas of corporate finance from any university. The conference brings together researchers to facilitate the discussion and development of new ideas in corporate finance in a stimulating and relaxing environment. The conference is an initiative of the Benelux Corporate Finance Network.
The academic program consists of regular sessions with discussants and a keynote
lecture by prof. Mariassunta Giannetti (Stockholm School of Economics).

Paper selection process
We encourage presentations of research at an early stage where presenters will benefit most from open discussions. More developed papers will be considered as well.Paper submission procedure
The submission deadline is June 1, 2022. Submissions from any university are welcome. All papers must be submitted as PDF files and may be e-mailed to cfd2022@vu.nl. There is no submission fee. The authors of accepted papers will be notified by early July 2022.The conference will be held at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Amsterdam Zuid Area. The conference is scheduled on Friday September 16, 2022 from 9.00 to 18.15, followed by drinks. In case Covid19 prevents the conference to take place in person or large groups, we will adjust towards a combination of online and personal presence conference, or a completely online conference.
