The main objective of the conference is to present and discuss recent advances in academic research on financial intermediation and corporate finance. The conference will host a limited number of paper presentations with designated discussants and ample time for discussion and interaction.
Submissions may address topics that include, but are not limited to:
– Shadow banking
– Bank regulation
– Bank loan contracting features
– Collateralized borrowing
– Borrowing through loans vs. bonds
– High leverage
Funding available for travel and accommodation expenses for speakers.
